Lately I've been looking for the perfect opportunity to chase the sunsets.

Spring on the prairie is in full swing, and the pollinators are out and about.

Hands and Clay

 A friend invited me to her pottery studio the other day, and I immediately accepted with two motives in mind. 

First, it's been a few years since I've thrown and I wondered how quickly my muscle memory would return. (Fairly quickly, it seems... I managed to make both a cylinder and a bowl.) 

Second, I saw it as a perfect opportunity to take a few photos of her lovely hands, shaping the clay.
